With real estate slowing down around the nation it has been a great relief relocating to the Columbia MO area where if you are going to be working real estate you can at least work it smarter not harder.

But after 15+ years in the real estate industry I do understand that it doesn’t matter where you are if you don’t put in the time and effort in. You can be in the best real estate market in the US and starve if you do not have a good work ethic.

Our new Columbia MO office located at 1410 Suite A, I-70 Drive S.W. will be open July 14th.

The office painting is going well. Mack has the DSL up and running and Doug is almost finished with the Network.

Brandon should have the phone system installed soon and the movers are scheduled to be in and out on the 11th with the office furniture and equipment.

Mack is having a bit of a problem getting the IDX Feed from the Boards vendor but hopes that he can get that soon so that he and Doug can install the UltimateIDXâ„¢ Columbia MLS on [...] Continue Reading…

We have recently joined the Columbia Board of REALTORS®. Orientation is scheduled for June 11th at 9:00am.
 
Thus far my experience with the local board has been very pleasant. I will keep you posted.

It is now definite. All Pro Realty will be moving its headquarters on June 1, 2007. I must admit that I am torn over the decision. We have lived and worked in Dent and Phelps Counties for going on 20 years now and have a lot of history and friends we are leaving behind. Not the least of which is my Co-Founder of All Pro Realty and my Mother-In-Law Rita V. Echols.
